Hotel de l'Europe is also a restaurant, which offers market cuisine with regional specialties in a contemporary setting.
What is special about this hotel is the integration of elements that do not naturally go together.
The key for us is not necessarily where you expect it!
We are looking in the same time artists who could take over the refurnished of a room on a very specific thematic
